A leading specialist firm based in Leeds is seeking a Pensions Solicitor to join their team.
Are you a technically strong lawyer with experience of pensions?
Do you want to move out of the busy, commercial environment and into a more collaborative and supportive pensions department?
Ideally you will have experience of/ an interest in - scheme governance issues, TUPE and outsourcing, scheme funding issues, corporate restructuring and pensions etc.
This would be a good opportunity for a candidate with commercial or employment law experience that is looking to specialise in pensions and has some exposure to this area of law.
The firm encourages staff to exercise business development, so this would suit someone who is keen to actively get involved.
A competitive salary and good benefits are available for the succesful candidate - there is also the opportunity for some home working.
