Job Details
You'll be joining a specialist, growing Mortgage Mis-selling team consisting of 3 fee earners where you'll be handling your own busy and dynamic caseload of litigated matters. You must be a strong litigator and be familiar with statutory legislation, CPR and the relevant case law.
You must be a qualified civil litigation/financial litigation solicitor or legal executive, and have a proven track record in handling litigated matters (with experience in handling mortgage mis-selling claims). Those who have previously dealt with financial mis-selling cases may also be considered and are encouraged to apply. Also, those with supervisory/managerial experience would also be considered.
On offer is a competitive salary (negotiable, depending on experience) plus benefits package including private medical and company pension.
