Clinical Advisory and Inquest Solicitor or Barrister role.

A Top Tier, Leading provider of the healthcare sector is currently inviting applicants from a Solicitor or Barrister background to apply for their exciting and unique new role, within their Advisory and Inquest department in London.

My client has a varied range of long standing clients in both the private and public sector, including NHS organisations, regulatory bodies, registered providers, GP practices, defence organisations and independent healthcare providers. The Advisory and Inquest department carries out a wide range of work where no two days are the same; they provide advisory and advocacy services for clients and act on many leading inquest cases.

You will be expected to advise clients on public law issues, COP matters, mental health issues, regulatory matters, clinical risk management and judicial reviews. My client is seeking someone with previous advocacy experience, with a personal presence in court. The main bulk of work will be inquest focused, although you will also be carrying out some advisory work.
