Job Details
This firm is at the forefront of providing legal advice to their clients which include the NHS, Charities, Public Sector and Social Enterprises.
You will be a qualified commercial litigation solicitor with a solid grounding in dispute resolution, property litigation, and some experience working in health or social care sectors.
You will be working with a team of Solicitors on high profile, complex cases for large organisations nationally on matters such as contentious construction, public procurement, property litigation, partnership and business disputes.
This role would be suited to either an NQ or up to 3 years' PQE commercial litigation solicitor. You will need to be extremely organised, ambitious, flexible and be a team player.
This is a supportive and innovative team who are keen to bring a solicitor on board who can display both technical and practical legal skills.
