Job Details
The team deals with a wide range of matters including the acquisition and disposal of businesses, M&A, business restructuring, buy-ins and buy-outs, company set up, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts and outsourcing agreements.
This London-based opportunity would suit a corporate commercial solicitor, who is used to dealing with an array of corporate and commercial work. You will be working on a variety of interesting matters under the supervision of an experienced partner where needed, including the opportunity for a great deal of client contact.
