A business minded Litigation Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an established, boutique, law firm. The successful Litigation Solicitor will join a specialist team managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of both commercial and civil litigation. Day to day duties will include the management of a varied commercial and civil litigation case-load- joint venture disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual breaches etc- and lots of face to face to client work aimed at maintaining high levels of service the department is known for- developing existing relationships and cultivating new ones. The role will offer lots of opportunity to develop new skills under the guidance of experienced leadership.
