My client a leading multi service law firm with numerous recommendations in the Chambers and Legal 500 directories and are recognised as a top 50 industry leading law firm with a solid client base offering top quality work. With an international span covering Europe and Asia this firm specialise in commercial legal services, employment, property, dispute resolution, construction and corporate.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Restructuring team. This role would suit someone at Associate level looking for the next step or an experienced Senior Associate looking to join a forward-thinking firm.

This role is ideally suited to a lawyer who is looking to develop their career quickly. You will provide advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.

You will be at least 5 years PQE, either an Associate with management experience or at Senior Associate level. You will have solid experience gained in an established practice, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders and other stakeholders with exposure to administration business and asset sales, security reviews and enforcements etc.
