A great opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a leading law firm based in Birmingham. They deal with good quality work, always delivering an exceptional client care service.
The firm are currently looking to expand their award winning department by considering individuals from 2 years PQE. The team deal with a wide range of residential property matters which includes drafting and sending out part exchange paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, reviewing and reporting on title and searches, negotiating and exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. It will also include necessary post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry registrations.
The ideal candidate would be confident in a client facing position with great technical ability. You will be highly organised, able to work independently and well within a team.
The opportunity will provide you with the chance to grow within both your role and the firm as you will have full paralegal and admin support. You will have exposure to some good quality work, whilst working alongside a highly skilled and experienced team. You will play a key part within the development of the business, providing marketing initiatives in line with both departmental and business plans.
