Senior Family Solicitor

Our client is a well-established Berkshire based law firm who continues to expand its client base by offering a quality service through personal partner contact.
 
Several partners are members of specialist legal panels and the firm has developed dedicated teams to work within the key areas of Commercial Property, Corporate Services, Wills and Estate Planning, Litigation and Residential Property.
 
The firm is committed to actively participating in making a positive contribution to the business, with activities in the local community. Their clients range from large multi-national corporations to family firms, professional partnerships, start-up businesses and private individuals.
 
They are currently looking for an experienced senior family solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years' PQE. The ideal candidate will also have extremely strong marketing skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, resourcefulness and have a strong sense of commercial awareness.   

You will need to be a team player with the ability to foster positive client relationships, as you will be a key member of the Family Team, so you must be able to run a full caseload of privately funded family work. Some of the cases will include ancillary relief and child matters, so collaborative law experience is desirable.
