Commercial Property Solicitor 5yrs+ PQE - Brighton £45-55K
Working closely with the Commercial Property Partner on a variety of Sussex & London based HNW clients
A very highly respected Brighton firm, centrally based and established over decades with the vast majority of the work received though personal recommendation and referrals. The Partners at the firm are keen to implement succession planning and so have an opening for a talented Solicitor who is keen to take on a caseload of commercial property work.
The firm have over the years built a very strong portfolio of HNW clients who trust the Practice implicitly to deal with all manner of legal issues. Commercial property matters cover businesses,enterprise and developments in Sussex as well as many clients having significant interests in the London focused business concerns. The team deal with all manner of commercial property transactions including sales/purchase of small businesses, though to larger retail and site developments/redevelopments. There may also be one or two residential matters to deal with from time to time therefore residential conveyancing expereince would also be considered as desirable.
The firm are a traditional firm who adopt very much a tailored and personal approach to each client and so you will have plenty of client contact yourself. You will have a great deal of work referred to you but as you progress within the firm and make your own mark you will have ample opportunity to develop your own network and this would be actively encouraged. Essentially this is an opportunity with a great deal of autonomy and will be very much down to you to shape how your own future and success develops.
