Great new role for an qualified conveyancer to join this legal 500 law firm who have strong roots across all of Lancashire and Cumbria. This position will specifically be working from their Fylde Coast branch and so you will be working with a client base from the local area.

This role will see you manage an existing caseload of sales, purchase, new builds, right to buy, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgages. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with both registered & unregistered land as well as freehold & leasehold properties, as this is something that will be needed to be handled on a regular basis.

Whilst there is assistance from a Legal Secretary / Paralegal already you will be expected to deal with most aspects of the transaction from inception to completion. You will be assisting with supervision & management of junior staff so prior experience will be beneficial. You will be working as part of a large department with opportunities to progress into Associateship & Partnership further down the line.

Salary for this position will be circa £30k - £40k with a generous benefits package that includes 28 days holidays (plus bank holidays), pension scheme, bonus scheme, Xmas closure, salary reviews and health care schemes.
