Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor

I am partnered with a highly regarded, multi-service law firm as they look to bring in an experienced Property Solicitor due to an increase in workflow in the team.

My client has an excellent reputation and have undergone substantial growth over the past year and have decided that now is the right time to add a new member to the team. There is a real family feel within the firm and they pride themselves on the support & flexibility that they offer. It really is an exciting time to join the team as they look to grow even further over the next couple of years and once proven, there is realistic Partnership prospects too.

The Partner is looking for someone who ideally has 3+ years PQE covering both Residential & Commercial Property transactions from initial instructions through to completion. The case load is varied and they attract interesting, high value work due to their reputation & through cross-referrals from the other teams. They are looking for ambitious & driven individuals who aren't just looking for a run of the mill job.
