Corporate Solicitor
A Top Legal 100 firm is currently looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join their Ross-on-Wye office. You will be in charge of a varied caseload which incorporates all areas of corporate work.
A small list of responsibilities include drafting agreements and contracts, due diligence, acquisitions and disposals. You will also be expected to assist the Directors with developing your own department, introducing the firm’s services to new and prospective clients. It will not be needed to have your own client base as the firm has plenty of work and an extremely impressive clientele to date.
This is an extremely impressive opportunity that would suit a Corporate Solicitor that really wants to get stuck in and develop within the firm.
