Dispute Resolution/ Insolvency Solicitor

A leading legal practice based in Chester is seeking a Dispute Resolution/Insolvency Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of highly experienced Solicitors who specialise within Insolvency law.

The Role:

• You will be working for an experienced Insolvency Partner predominantly advising Insolvency practitioners in relation to Insolvency cases.
• Your case load will include working with both companies and individuals acting for Insolvency Practitioners, debtors, creditors , shareholders and directors of insolvent companies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will ideally have 0-3 years post qualification experience working within Dispute Resolution which included working on Insolvency matters and dealing with Insolvency practitioners.
• You will have a strong academic background.
• The ideal candidate will be well organised, an excellent communicator and have strong attention to detail
• You will be a keen net worker and will be willing to engage in the firms business development opportunities.
