An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen in a modern, forward thinking general practice law firm with offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, North Shields, South Shields and Northumberland. Hitting the ground running from day one, the successful solicitor will manage a caseload consisting of all commercial property matters as well as some commercial matters.
Responsibilities
- Freehold, leasehold and land acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Management of property portfolios
- Buying and selling businesses
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Business development and marketing activities
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from solicitors with 4 to 10 years PQE, however this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and the firm is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role
- Experience within commercial property will be essential
- A passion for business development and marketing
- Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
- A clear and confident manner
- Ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively
