This is a great opportunity for a Grade A solicitor to join a highly stable and profitable law firm as an Associate/Team Leader.

This position is based in their Manchester office.

You will be joining one of the UK's leading RTA departments however 85% of their turnover comes from other area's of Personal Injury including: Employers Liability, Clinical Negligence and Holiday Claims.

The ideal candidate will have a strong billing background and be financially motivated to take advantage of a market leading bonus structure. The bonus structure has no billing threshold and you will therefore earn money on all billings! This is the only law firm who offer this!

You will report directly into the Associate Partner.

You will manage/lead a team of 4 members including trainee solicitors and litigation executives.

Your main duties will be to deal with the management of staff and maintain profitability of the department whilst working closely with Senior Partners and Management Board to develop new strategies to help productivity. You will be working in conjunction with a strong marketing team that provides a fantastic stream of work through to the department from all areas of the UK. Other duties will include conducting departmental meetings, dealing with any HR issues, ensuring departmental KPI's are met and planning future growth & expansion of the team.

Alongside your management responsibilities, you will have a caseload of high value (£25,000) fast track claims worth £25,000. The successful candidate will be able to turn these files into Multi track files.

Any complex matters within the department will be referred on to you for further advice, so experience of multi track and catastrophic injury work would be appealing.

Salary will be based on experience however will be in the region of £50,000 - £60,000
