Job Details

Opportunity for a Senior Solicitor or existing Head of Department to join this legal 200 firm as a RTA Manager. You will need to be an Solicitor with significant fee earning experience and the ability to oversee a successful team.

You will report directly into the partner and will have the opportunity to progress to partnership within 2-3 years.

Your team will 2-3 members and you will receive secretary support.

You will conduct weekly review members with your team to ensure they are going to reach their target and liaise with the partners on your teams performance.

Alongside your management responsibilities you will have the opportunity to benefit from a unique bonus structure which offers bonus on all billings! No threshokd!

This is a great opportunity to secure a senior position within a stable law firm within a changing personal inury market.

Salary will be in the region of £50,000.
