Job Details
To be successful you must:
- Be an NQ who has done a seat in Court of Protection (property and affairs)
- Have experience managing your own caseload of Court of Protection work, this includes probate and administering estates
- Enjoy business development and networking.
As a Court of Protection solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of mainly high value Court of Protection work including administering estates and probate work.
You will enjoy getting involved in business development activities and your role will also involve networking and building your client base. You can benefit from a competitive salary and a bonus scheme which is performance related.
