Are you a corporate solicitor, currently seeking a new role in the Edinburgh area at associate level, with a firm that can offer you the chance to work on the best available work in your chosen area of law?

QED Legal's client, an international, leading Legal 100 practice has a require for a corporate solicitor, with an absolute minimum of 3 years PQE to bolster a team that has gone from strength to strength every year over the last five.

You will be involved in Scottish, UK and international mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures and a broad mix of general corporate matters.

Previously, you will have operated in a leading Legal 500 commercial practice and have experience in all, if not most of the areas previously mentioned.
