Job Details
Your role will be to defend suspected fraudulent or exaggerated fast and multi-track property insurance matters on behalf of insurers, contractors, construction professionals, manufacturers and distributors.
You must be a qualified insurance fraud solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years' PQE within a defendant insurance firm handling similar property related disputes, product liability and insurance coverage disputes. Counter fraud experience would be highly desirable.
