Job Details
You will be an experienced solicitor with between 1-4 PQE who has experience supervising paralegals and dealing with non-contentious probate work, which includes the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates.
As a trusts & estate administration solicitor, you will be working on behalf of a number of large high street banks and building societies to offer specialist advice on probate, trusts and estates administration.
You will be working to strict targets and deadlines, and as a minimum, you will have 1 year of experience in all areas of non-contentious probate.
This opening would be suited to a forward thinking solicitor who ideally has experience supervising a team.
