Head of Family Law – Cardiff

Head of Matrimonial Law is required for a firm in Cardiff on a permanent basis. A successful and highly-regarded commercial law firm are looking to recruit a Head of Family Law to lead and grow their team.

This opportunity will involve leading the Matrimonial team, which acts for both publicly and privately-funded clients across all areas of matrimonial and family law. You will be advising a broad client base and a lot of their clients are gained through cross-referrals from their successful commercial and personal law teams.

The successful Head of Family will be appointed at an Associate or Partner level, with progression to Partnership in the short-medium term for the former. You must have experience across all aspects of privately funded family law, have exceptional organisation skills and above all, a commitment to providing excellent client care. Prior managerial experience is not essential, although it is desirable.

Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE will have the requisite experience for this role, although if experience can be demonstrated, other applications are welcomed.
