Commercial Dispute Solicitor
NQ - 2 years PQE
Milton Keynes
My client is a bespoke commercial firm based in Buckinghamshire and they are seeking a Commercial Dispute Solicitor to join their Commercial department in Milton Keynes.
This role will suit an enthusiastic and driven team player happy to take on responsibility with a incredibly technical caseload, which includes detailed contract dispute matters with a focus on tax, as well as commercial disputes and construction disputes. Construction disputes experience is not essential to the role.
You will be NQ - 2 years PQE with an interest in intellectual property and regulatory matters, keen eye for detail, a self starter with commercial acumen and ready to handle a technical and aggressive caseload.
You will be joining a progressive firm with a great opportunity to progress and develop. The established team will offer support and development and the opportunity to learn a specialist area. The firm will offer market development and support the successful candidate in growing a caseload in a different area of law.
