Full service regional law firm with offices in North Wales & Cheshire are seeking a qualified conveyancer (FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor) to join their award winning conveyancing team that has a strong reputation throughout the region. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 year's experience. They have a number of offices across the region and ideally you will be based from their Colwyn Bay or Rhyl offices.

You will be working as part of a department that is split over several branches so you will need to be comfortable in making management decisions from time to time, as well as being able to meet with the local client base.

You must be able to run a full caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion as you will be supervising / managing junior staff on all aspects of a file. Work will range from standard sale & purchase to remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy, new builds, flats and help to buy matters on both freehold and leasehold matters. Whilst the majority of work is locally based this firm are on national panels so you will be expected to deal with clients nationwide.
