Senior Corporate Solicitor - Rolling Locum/ Short Fixed Term Contract

Central London

A historic legal firm with a strong international presence established for over 250 years in a Central London location.

You will be taken on as a temporary Corporate Solicitor within a busy team, you will be handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, restructuring corporate finance, joint ventures, IPOs. You should also have strong skills within corporate structuring, company sales and acquisitions as well as working with intellectual property, private wealth and employment teams, valuable for their growing clientele in high-tech and e-commerce businesses.

You will be a Solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload with a strong history of dealing with corporate law matters within a city, national of large regional practice.
