My client is a leading law firm based in Barnsley with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal service to the South Yorkshire region.
This well-established and highly accredited firm are looking to hire an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their thriving team. They are looking for an ambitious candidate who can assist with a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, land lord and tenant and development work. Clients include a mix of SME's and national companies.
The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 10 years PQE real estate experience gained in a regional or national firm, great negotiation skills, good academics and enthusiasm towards building and strengthening relationships with long established clients and advisors.
In return the firm are offering a competitive salary, bonus, generous pension and holiday entitlement, free parking on site plus more.
