  • Provide advice and support to international offices in Mexico, Singapore, Amsterdam, China and South Africa and liaise with local counsel

Key skills we are looking for:

  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills;
  • Excellent commercial awareness and practical, common sense approach;

  • Experience of Companies Act requirements and general corporate administration is essential.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property and associated registration requirements would be helpful.
  • A good understanding and experience of advising in respect of requirements of GDPR, and other relevant legal and compliance rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and provide commercial but technically accurate advice under pressure.
