Asbestos Solicitor

A new role has become available at a leading law firm based in Central London for an Asbestos Solicitor to join the Asbestos Related Disease team.

The team you will be joining is a highly successful specialist asbestos team that achieves fantastic results for their clients, they are regularly recommended within the Legal500 and are a Top Tier law firm.

This role involves dealing with purely asbestos related disease claims, mainly mesothelioma cases. Most of these claims are litigated and being dealt with in the High Court; therefore strong communication and technical skills are required. You will be expected to lead investigations and litigation on highly complex cases in order to achieve the best results for clients.

In order to progress to interview stage you must have a strong background in Personal Injury matters, ideally in Asbestos cases or general disease cases although this is not essential if you have strong personal injury litigation skills.

You must be able to operate solely and as part of a team, whilst being able to show empathy and intuition with great interpersonal skills.
