I am working with a top tier Legal 500 firm as they look to add an ambitious & driven Employment Associate to their growing London team.
My client is a household name with an excellent reputation in all service areas including personal injury, commercial litigation and family law, with a particular expertise in Employment Law. Over the past 12 months, the firm have made a number of strategic hires, bringing in renowned Partners & Associates to pave the way for a successful & profitable future for the firm. Their ambitious growth plans have already been introduced and it is therefore an exciting time to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be an Employment Associate with 2+ years PQE at a highly regarded Regional or City firm in which you will have covered a case load of both contentious & non-contentious matters covering both claimant & respondent however, applications will be considered from candidates specialising in either. From day one, you will be given exposure to the highest quality work in the Employment field and as such, you should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the Employment market. The Partner is looking for candidates who are commercially aware and who are driven & keen to progress and grow within a firm.
The salary is highly competitive & negotiable depending on experience and as a progressive firm, flexible working is also encouraged.
