BANKING - LEEDS (Non-Fee Earning Role)

Dynamic international law firm are looking for a banking lawyer to join their new office in Leeds.

This is unique opportunity as the focus of the role will be on management rather than fee-earning and would be suited to a Banking Lawyer who would enjoy helping grow and develop a team. You will be tasked with supervising more junior lawyers through training, project management, document reviewing, mentoring and general oversight of the team's day to day activities. The work the team does will be sourced and streamed by colleagues and so this role is very much inward rather than outward facing and presents something of a different career track for a lawyer who has bankig and finance skills but who doesn't enjoy the fee earner life style.

To be considered for the role, you should have at least 1yrs PQE in banking or finance work of some sort, and have excellent organisational and case management skills. You do not need to have previously managed a team but must be a personable individual who has the capability to lead and motivate others.
