Senior Family Solicitor

SENIOR FAMILY SOLICITOR

HENLEY-ON-THAMES, OXFORDSHIRE

SALARY: £50K+, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Our esteemed and highly reputable client are looking for a Senior Lawyer who is experienced and dynamic to lead and represent our Family team in their Henley-on-Thames office, with an occasional presence within an office in Reading

The role will assist clients in all privately funded matters relating but not limited to;

• Divorce
• Cohabitation
• Nuptial agreements
• Children

As a Senior Family Lawyer, the role will very much involve building upon the strengths of the existing department and existing fee-earing colleagues in the following ways also;

• Leading the Family presence in our Henley-on-Thames office and driving all business development activities
• Progressing clients' cases in a timely and cost-effective basis and in accordance with the firm's standards
• Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and complying with the firm's quality standards

The successful candidate will have the following also;

• Have a minimum of 5 years PQE (in predominantly private finance and children work)
• Demonstrate proven leadership experience of managing staff and business initiatives
• Bring enthusiasm with a good work ethic
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills
• Have worked as a member of a team and lives our values of excellence, integrity and approachability
• Have experience of supervising junior staff
• Have experience of business development, networking and marketing
