My client, a tier 1 property litigation department, are seeking a junior solicitor to join the team.
Clients include commercial and residential developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, social housing bodies, major corporate occupiers, banks and other funders.
You will gain experience in a wide variety of property litigation matters including lease renewals, dilapidation's, landlords consents, forfeiture, easements and landlord and tenant disputes.
Clients are national and international.
