Commercial Debt Recovery Solicitor

A rare opportunity has arisen at a leading Legal 500 recommended, Wigan based law firm for a Commercial Litigation / Debt Recovery Solicitor or Legal Executive.

The firm offers an outstanding service to commercial and local authority clients in the field of commercial litigation and debt recovery.

You will work primarily in small, busy team, handling a mixed case load of litigation and recoveries. The firm has a strong reputation in debt recovery for asset finance and leasing finance clients.

Experience in business to business debt recovery, (including charging orders, bankruptcy and winding up petitions) as well as more general commercial contract claims is desirable.

The salary for the role is expected to be £35,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience.

23 days annual leave, bonus (which can reach up to £1,000 per quarter), parking on site and other benefits including flexible/home working.

The firm is modern thinking in the way that it operates and is open to flexible working arrangements that suit you as opposed to the other way around.

It's a full-time role but the firm can offer flexibility in working hours, and homeworking.
