Description

I am currently working with a highly regarded regional firm who are looking to recruit an Immigration case worker on a permanent basis.

Applications will be considered from paralegals, caseworkers or legal secretaries, but applicants must be confident in handling a full caseload of Immigration law.

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Appendix FM

- Judicial Review

- Tier 2 Sponsor Licence and Tier 2 General

- EU regulation

- Commercial Immigration

- Tier 1 entrepreneur applications

- Naturalisation

- Long-Residency

- FTT appeal
