My client is looking for a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their very successful and well established Property Law department.

The firm has a fantastic reputation within the local Newport area and can support training and long term progression. The firm also have a great benefits package including free parking, cycle to work scheme, social events, well-being packages and 25 days holiday

As a commercial property legal assistant, your duties will include:

• Assisting in drafting contracts, transfers and leases from templates with assistance from a solicitor where required.

• Dealing with enquiries via post and telephone from clients and other third parties.

• Deliver a confident, professional and proactive manner to ensure work is dealt with effectively.

The candidate;

• You must be have at least 12 months experience working within a legal environment dealing with Property matters (Residential or Commercial Property matters) • You must be able to demonstrate exceptional client care, time management, organisational and IT skills • You must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
