This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join the practice at Associate Solicitor level with rapid promotion to Partner/Director, following completion of the initial assessment period.

We are a firm of Solicitors in Macclesfield, Cheshire with a strong online presence specialising in residential/commercial conveyancing and commercial leases.  There are approximately 18 team members.

About the Job
This is a role for a Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience to develop their career; leading and overseeing transactions and supervising staff members.

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

• Training in property matters.
• Good academics.
• Excellent People and Management Skills.
• A drive to grow and develop the business.
• Excellent computer and document production skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a caseload of commercial/residential property cases through our case management system.
• Managing Staff.
• Carrying out file reviews, due diligence and money laundering checks.
• Providing professional client service to ensure continual or building of relationships
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge to your clients
• Managing a Solicitors Practice
