The Company - Based in one of the firm's offices in Chelmsford this firm has a strong client base across the South East advising upon all aspects of law. Property is a key strength with many loyal clients providing consistent instructions for the property department. The Role - A new opportunity for a residential conveyancer who may be a qualified conveyancing solicitor, lawyer or licensed conveyancer to work on a very busy case load of files. The successful residential conveyancer will have gained previous experience from instruction through to completion. This is a very good opportunity to join a forward thinking law firm. The Candidate - The Residential Conveyancer may be a newly or recently qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. however, the team would also consider more experienced candidates. Essentially, a high level of enthusiasm, good residential conveyancing experience and strong communication skills are required. The role will involve some travel to other local offices and therefore the successful applicant will hold a driving license and own their own transport. Salary dependent upon experience.
