Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
Senior Associate / Partner Real Estate, East Midlands, £50k - £100k+
Regional Heavyweight practice seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with development experience to join their Legal 500 ranked real estate team. For those interested, this position would allow you to progress to Head of Department.
You will join a large, high-performing team in a senior capacity as either a Senior Associate or Partner. You will manage an existing caseload which will focus on development matters to include site acquisition and as such you will be well versed in the key issues involved in these types of transaction.
The scope of the role can be tailored to suit your strengths and goals. Depending on your preferences, the position could focus purely on fee earning or alternatively could include elements of mentoring and business development. There are excellent prospects for career development for the right individual.
The salary on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience. For Senior Associates the salary is expected to be in the region of £50- £60k. For Partners the figure will be higher and will be very competitive. Candidates are invited to discuss their requirements upon application.
This position would be ideally suited to an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with development experience who wants to work at a firm which is committed to helping them achieve their ambitions.

- Technical expertise commensurate with that of an 7 year + PQE Real Estate Solicitor
- Development experience

- A track record of success in a Legal 500 ranked real estate team
- Strong academic background coupled with excellent rapport building skills
