NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a leading regional commercial law firm with offices in Liverpool. They are looking to hire an NQ to 2-year PQE Commercial or Civil Litigation Solicitor.

The focus of the team is on providing commercially focused dispute resolution advice to its national SME client base.

The role

You would be responsible for your own caseload as well as providing assistance to other lawyers in the team on a wide variety of issues including:

• Breach of contract claims
• Shareholder disputes
• Professional negligence
• IP infringement
• Commercial debt recovery
• ADR

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with Commercial or Civil Litigation experience
• Somebody with commercial awareness and a desire to be client facing
• The ability to demonstrate a clear enthusiasm and passion for Commercial Litigation work
