Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate

Our tier 1 client is now recruiting a NQ - 1 PQE Solicitor for their Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Leeds.

Given the structure of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, you will get exposure to excellent quality and complex work in a supportive and progressive environment. It is definitely worth noting that progression routes are clear, so may be a post for a Dispute Resolution Associate who is competing against others for that next step at their current firm.

Our client acts for the public and private sectors, with the litigation team in one of the largest globally. The work covers some specialisms (eg/ product liability, technology and telecoms and regulated energy) alongside more general commercial dispute work (eg/ warranty claims, defamation and shareholder disputes) for major corporations and public sector bodies.

What they are looking for:

* A solicitor NQ - 2 PQE who is currently in a high performing CDR team
* A minimum 2.1 degree with a stellar academic qualifications
* Exposure to complex work and an analytical mind
* A client centric and solution focused approach
* Ideally some understanding of how to win work

Salary and Benefits include:

* Up to £48,000
