I am working with a commercial Top 200 Yorkshire law firm who are looking for an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join their small team.

The Role

Based in Leeds city centre you will be advising a diverse client base on a caseload of regulatory matters including:

  • Environmental Law
  • Health and Safety
  • Business Crime
  • Criminal Prosecutions & Civil Sanctions
  • Investigations (including PACE interviews)
  • GDPR issues

This is a mid-senior level role where you will effectively the 2nd in command to the Partner and Head of Department.

About you

You should be:

  • A Regulatory Solicitor with 5 years + PQE
  • Capable of hitting the ground running with an existing caseload
  • You will be a safe pair of hands who can deputise for the HOD when out of the office
  • Comfortable in providing advice to a wide range of commercial clients
The Team and Firm

The team is small in size and the Firm has an excellent reputation in Yorkshire and nationally. The work comes as a result of excellent industry contacts and from other commercial departments within the business. The client base is excellent and the firm act for lots of well-known names.

The firm develops staff internally and places lots of time and resources in continually ensuring that their lawyers are the best they can be.

Salary is competitive dependent on experience and we are happy to discuss expectation levels and other benefits with those candidates interested in the position.
