Litigation Solicitor A Litigation Solicitor is required by a law firm in Portsmouth to join a busy Litigation Department to undertake a wide range of litigation matters on behalf on individuals and businesses. The firm hold many accreditations across a wide range of disciplines. The firm are supportive and encourage lawyers to excel in their disciplines with excellent support infrastructure. The Role The Litigation Solicitor will have previous experience in dealing with all aspects of litigation to include contract disputes, property & boundary disputes, contentious probate, negligence and debt. The Litigation Solicitor will have an excellent understanding of Court processes, CPR and proven advocacy experience. Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive Minimum 1 + Year PQE Court advocacy experience Business development Salary dependent upon experience.
