Property Solicitor A Property team in a Winchester law firm has an opportunity for a Property Solicitor to work in a busy property department support on a variety of property transactions whilst managing your own files. The Firm An established law firm with strong roots and a long history in Hampshire. The private practice supports the local community and charities whilst providing a wealth of legal services to clients in Hampshire. The Property department is Partner led and employs some talented lawyers. The Role The Property solicitor role will be to support a Senior Property Lawyer with their case load involving a mix of residential and commercial property transactions. The Property team is Partner led and work with a wide range of estate agents, builders, developers, investors, mortgage brokers and IFA's. The Candidate The Property Solicitor will have experience in running a comprehensive case load, providing first class client service and dealing with matters from instruction to post completion. This may suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 18 months experience in Property law and interest in working across both residential and commercial. Salary dependent upon experience.
