Residential Conveyancer A Residential Conveyancer is required by a Residential Property team of a private practice law firm with offices in East Dorset. The Firm A multi office practice with excellent links with the local community and an impressive growth history during the past 20 years. The firm have recruitment many talented lawyers across disciplines but they are recognised in the legal directories for their property knowledge and experience. The Role The Residential Property Conveyancer will join a Residential Property team to manage their own case load of residential transactions such as the sale and purchase of houses, flats, apartments, maisonettes, town houses both freehold and leasehold. The Candidate The Residential Conveyancer will have at least 2 years experience in residential conveyancing and will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
