We are looking for two lawyers for our friendly and high achieving legal team to support the Investments directorate.  We will give you an amazing opportunity to develop your career, grow your expertise and undertake professional development with roles and projects that will put you at the heart of the housing sector. You will join a growing organisation at a crucial time in our development, practising law in areas which offer a unique blend of commercial and public law matters.

From day one, you’ll be encouraged, challenged, supported, stretched and listened to.  You’ll take ownership of varied and legally innovative projects to develop your skills and work with multi-disciplined teams where your advice matters and directly helps enable us succeed in our mission to increase the delivery of new homes.

As well as being able to draw on substantial legal experience advising on either banking, insolvency and joint ventures or banking, Market Conduct of Business and finance matters, you’ll need real energy, be highly motivated and able to demonstrate your ability to work and succeed in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. You will be curious, adaptable, unfazed by ambiguity, collaborative and commercially aware. Strong intellectual and analytical skills are important too and we will support you to develop some of the broader legal expertise needed which makes these roles particularly rare opportunities to have a blended commercial and public sector legal practice.
