The Opportunity

An exceptional, commercially focused law firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their team in their Newport office. This is a Paralegal role for 1 year to 18 months and the opportunity to begin a Training Contract thereafter, upon a successful 12 – 18 months within the business.  

This is what you’ll be doing

You will join as a Paralegal with the view to moving into a Trainee position after a successful 12 – 18 months within the business. You will be dealing with a range of litigation matters, including all aspects of commercial litigation such as debt recovery, professional negligence, property litigation, contentious probate, contentious intellectual property disputes, data protection and GDPR litigious matters.  

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• The LPC is essential
• Experience within commercial litigation is essential
• Excellent academics (a first degree is essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware
