A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join an expanding law firm in Ledbury ( with free Parking) on a full time basis.

The firm are already well established in the Gloucester market and have a growing presence in the South West.

As a Conveyancing legal secretary in the Ledbury office, you must be able to handle a busy workload whilst maintaining a high quality support service to two solicitors. The main area of law you will support is residential conveyancing.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting the conveyancing team

Liaise with clients and fee-earners in person, by email, letter and telephone

Providing quotes to clients

Progress conveyancing process from start to end

First point of contact for client queries in face and on the telephone

Dealing with Completions, arranging for the transfer of monies, completion letters

Ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines

Prepare and produce documents
