Clinical Negligence Solicitor | National Law Firm

TSR Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, national firm of Solicitors who are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Cardiff or Bristol.

My client, a reputable firm with offices across the country are looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 3+ Years PQE, to deal with a variety of Clinical Negligence matters. To be considered for this role you MUST have Clinical or Medical Negligence experience.

The day-to-day will involve:

• Meet clients, take instructions and advise
• Prepare and deal with cases from inception to conclusion including full responsibility for those matters allocated to you
• Maintain your files in a neat and orderly fashion and to conclude the billing of matters, which you have handled
• Maintain an accurate daily time record of your work to ensure the accurate billing of matters you are involved in
• You must be familiar with all rules relating to the Professional conduct of solicitors

The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients.
