The successful applicant will utilise their skills and expertise to handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, whilst contributing to the success of the firm.

- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Shared ownership
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Liaising with estate agents and mortgage lenders
- Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Technical proficiency in conveyancing is essential
- Possess a client following
- Excel in communication both verbally and in writing
- Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
