This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Employment Lawyer to join our client’s multi-accredited practice in Essex. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of employment matters whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Settlement agreements
- Equal pay
- Employment contracts
- TUPE transfers
- Employment policies and procedures
- Employment Tribunal matters
- Solicitors and legal executives with between one and three years’ PQE
- Ideally have two years’ experience in employment law
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively
- IT proficient
- Excel in communication with exceptional client care skills
